FULLY EQUIPPED CENTRAL KITCHEN
Our Central Kitchen facility, strategically located in Shah Alam, Malaysia, functions as a fully integrated production hub with built-in warehousing and logistics capabilities. Equipped with blast freezers, automatic tilting braising pans, and rotating ovens, the facility enables efficient large-scale production of meals and pastries, consistently meeting the needs of our valued customers.

Kampong Kravers is supported by a full-fledged manufacturing and R&D team comprising dedicated chefs, food technologists, quality assurance professionals, and halal experts, all working to craft our signature take on quintessential Malaysian flavours for the world to enjoy. Our production facilities meet stringent international standards, including Halal, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000:2005, VHM, FDA, and more.

BLAST FROZEN
TECHNOLOGY
All our products are blast frozen to lock in freshness, flavour, and quality—just as they were made. Unlike conventional freezing, our products are blast frozen at -40°C, rapidly reducing the core temperature of each item within minutes. This process prevents large ice crystals from forming, which protects the integrity of delicate pastry layers, rich gravies, and aromatic spices.
